Mjolnir

Capital Solutions · OTC

Define the block before anyone is approached.

For buyers and sellers with specific OTC interest. Mjolnir turns the request into a clear, private summary, tests whether a relevant counterparty wants to explore it and shares identities only with permission.

What we do

We turn OTC interest into a controlled counterparty search.

The first output is a clear description of the block—not a broadcast of the buyer or seller. We collect the terms that matter and prepare a blind summary an institutional counterparty can assess.

For a purchase, we need the asset, target size, price parameters, timing and counterparty requirements. For a sale, we add authority to sell, availability of the block and conditions that can be supported.

We test the request with relevant relationships. If a counterparty wants to explore it, we confirm what may be disclosed to each side. Only then do we introduce the parties to run their own diligence and agree terms.

The useful outcome is a qualified conversation or a clear indication that the request is not ready or does not currently match. A submission does not promise a counterparty, price or execution.

  • The block

Asset, side, size, price parameters, timing, authority and counterparty constraints.

  • The blind teaser

Enough information to test fit without circulating the identity or sensitive details first.

  • The introduction

Names shared with permission, only when both sides want to explore the transaction.

Illustrative format · not client work

What a blind OTC summary makes clear.

A first counterparty conversation needs enough detail to assess relevance without revealing the seller or circulating sensitive documents.

What happens after enquiry

A name moves only after the block and disclosure are agreed.

  1. Define the block

Confirm the side, asset, size, price parameters, timing, authority and counterparty requirements.

  2. Test relevance privately

Circulate a blind summary only to relationships whose stated criteria appear compatible.

  3. Introduce with permission

Share identities only when both parties want to explore the transaction and the disclosure is agreed.

Before outreach, Mjolnir agrees who the client is, what may be disclosed, the fee basis and what would trigger any contingent fee. Mjolnir does not custody assets, set prices, execute or settle transactions. KYC/AML, diligence, documentation, negotiation and settlement remain with the parties and their qualified providers.
