Luis Fontana

Luis Fontana is the founder and principal of Mjolnir Capital, an independent deal-evidence, investor-readiness and selected investor-outreach desk across digital assets and AI.

He brings more than thirteen years of cross-border commercial experience, including more than five years in digital assets. His work has covered strategic partnerships, capital development, commercial execution and international market expansion across Europe, Latin America and Southeast Asia.

Before founding Mjolnir, Luis worked across regulated fintech and early-stage digital assets, building commercial functions, leading teams and managing end-to-end commercial processes. He screened and evaluated more than 800 early-stage projects and supported more than $4 million in project raises.

That background informs the desk’s approach: commercial context matters, but documentation, counterparty integrity and deal structure matter just as much. Mjolnir works from independent judgment, written findings and named accountability, without taking the other side of a client’s trade.
